GUIDE TO PROACTIVE HEALTH DEVICES

Use this guide to make sure you are collecting biometric data, syncing to the cloud, and maintaining the devices correctly.

WEARING THE BIOSTRAP

The device only needs to be worn at night while sleeping. The device uses an easy buckling method to create a comfortable but snug fit. Place the Device on the top of the wrist with the buckle on the bottom. When buckling the strap, make sure the fit is loose enough that it can move slightly up or down the wrist with no resistance. When removing the strap, place it on the charging dock so that it may be fully charged for the next night.

CHARGING THE BIOSTRAP

Place the wristband on the charger. White light should change to orange. If the light remains white, try unplugging charger and plugging it back in.

SYNCING DATA FROM BIOSTRAP TO TABLET

Check to see that bluetooth is enabled on the tablet. If data is still not syncing to the tablet, then open the Biostrap app on the tablet. Click on the gear icon with the label "Settings" in the bottom right corner. Tap on the square in the top left part of the screen. Tap "Reset Bluetooth" to reset the connection.

SYNCING DATA FROM TABLET TO THE CLOUD

WiFi must be enabled on the tablet to sync data to the cloud. Swipe down from the top to view WiFi status. If WiFi is off, then tap the WiFi button to toggle it on. Data sync should begin automatically. If not, swipe down from the top of the Biostrap app to refresh it.

RECONNECTING TO WIFI

The devices may disconnect from the local WiFi network. If this happens, simply swipe down from the top of the screen and toggle the WiFi sign off, then back on. It should reconnect within a few moments.

If it still does not reconnect, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the toolbar. Hold down on the WiFi symbol. This will open the WiFi settings. Tap on your facilities Wifi and then tap connect.

RECONNECTING BLUETOOTH

If the device disconnects from its Bluetooth connection, simply swipe down from the top of the screen to open the device toolbar. Tap the Bluetooth symbol to toggle it off, then tap it again to toggle it back on. The tablet should now reconnect to the wrist strap.
